Should each report generally be considered a stand-alone product?
Our reports are organized into subject areas. Each report is designed to cover some useful and logical division of the overall subject area.
However, later reports generally build on the analysis, conceptual framework, terminology and conclusions of earlier reports. Depending on the topic, readers may not be able to benefit from the analysis in later reports if they have not been exposed to the foundations established in earlier reports. Feel free to email and ask which reports may be recommended prerequisites for specific reports of interest.
Do you have an email list?
Our email list is open only to customers who have purchased reports. Customers may choose to be added to the email list at the time of purchase (or subsequent to a purchase by visiting the Contact page after logging in to the site). The email list will be used infrequently and primarily to make customers aware of events or services that will be open only to existing customers, although the emails may also make reference on occasion to new products, updates to existing products and changes in business practices.
However, both customers and non-customers can make themselves aware of blog posts, site updates and new products by following our blog via Twitter, LinkedIn or RSS (see the bottom of the page for the links). The blog can only be followed by these means.
Where can I find the Stinson Analytical Reports Licence Terms and Conditions?
The current version of our Reports Licence Terms and Conditions is available here. Note that the sale of any particular report is governed by the version of the Licence in effect at the time of purchase and included with the receipt.
Do prices for your reports include analyst access?
No. Our reports are written so as to be self-explanatory and accessible to the anticipated client base. However, separate arrangements for analyst access may be available, depending on other commitments. Please refer to our Analyst Access page for further details.
How are credit card payments processed?
Credit cards are processed through Stripe. At no point do we have knowledge or possession of the customer’s credit card number. As part of the transaction process, it is transferred to Stripe. We are made aware of whether the card has been approved or declined.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is set out in the Stinson Analytical Reports License Terms and Conditions.
Refunds will not be provided in respect of completed transactions in which the reports purchased by customers have been made available by email, by means of a download link or by other means.
Stinson Analytical makes every effort to accurately and appropriately describe its reports and to make prospective buyers aware of its analytical approach in advance of purchase.
The reports are intended to convey the viewpoints and analysis of Stinson Analytical on matters which are unavoidably uncertain given the dynamic and complex nature of the markets and industries in question and the frequently unobservable nature of the concepts and underlying market forces discussed. Due to the nature of the topics covered, there will always be room for debate and disagreement regarding Stinson Analytical’s conclusions and analysis. The reports are meant to complement data, analysis and alternative views that users obtain from other sources and to be actively evaluated by sophisticated users in light of that other material and their own expertise, knowledge and experience.
In addition, due to the digital format of the reports, it is not possible for them, in practical terms, to be verifiably “returned” by the customer.
